Contra angle: driven by a motor, it is used to rotate the drill bit and polishing head. Bending machines allow insertion of
various rotating instruments.
Air Motor: The motor is the power source that drives the dental handpiece to rotate at a low speed.
Straight handpiece:Can be sterilized by high temperature,Connect with air motor.
1. When using the dental handpiece, it must be lubricated strictly according to the instruction manual. Generally, the high-speed dental handpiece is lubricated twice a day. Low speed handpieces (straight, curved, motor) once a day.
2. The working air pressure of the dental handpiece must be strictly in accordance with the instructions. In general, the working air pressure of two-hole and three-hole dental handpieces is 2-2.2Kg, and the working air pressure of four-hole, five-hole, and six-hole dental handpieces is 2.4-2.5Kg (referring to the pressure at the interface between the dental handpiece and the connecting pipe). The pressure must be adjusted when the new treatment machine is used, and the pressure of the treatment machine must be re-calibrated after a period of use (about one month).
3. Disinfection: high-temperature steam should be used for disinfection, chemical liquid and dry heat should not be used for disinfection. The disinfection temperature is 135°C, and the maximum time should not exceed 30 minutes. It must be cleaned before disinfection and must be lubricated after disinfection. Note: For dental handpieces with quick-change joints, the dental handpieces should be removed, and only the dental handpieces should be disinfected, not the joints. For low-speed dental handpieces, please remove the straight and curved handpieces for disinfection. Use alcohol to clean the dental handpiece when it is dirty.
4. Do not use standard, rusty or aging burs or grinding heads.
5. Gland The high-speed dental handpiece must not press the gland when it is rotating, so as not to damage the movement. Straight and bending machines cannot load and remove burs when they are rotating.
6. The bur, grinding head or "standard rod" should be removed and installed once a day, so as to avoid rusting of the bur if it is not removed for a long time.
